1. Guarantee is applicable to specifically cited sources. If we fail to remove the content as described, in a reasonable time-frame we will happily refund your money. Although most time speculations are accurate, various internet anomalies can occur which could cause a slight delay.

2. Once the specified content is removed, there are no refunds. Instigating a 'non-service' dispute resulting in a claim, charge-back or delay of funds will result in permanent publication of the associated content.

3. CleanSearch does not charge for content removal. Fees are specifically for removing content from search facilities such as Google, BING and Yahoo. We guarantee to remove the content cited in order to achieve this. Refunds are applicable if the cited content was not removed.
